Making Icicle treats at home is supercool- kids love to help and all you need is a food processor or a blender, a pot, a stove a cutting board and a knife.

Use your imagination and layer it up! Wooden Craft Sticks, available at Michael's, are inexpensive and fun as well. Popsicle molds come in a variety of shapes and are available in grocery and home decor stores as well as online- Just type in popsicle molds on your search engine.

Bring water to boil with sugar. Cool. Add to strawberry purée and lime juice.

Dice banana. Drop in molds. Cover with strawberry juice. Freeze until just set- about 1.5 hours. Put sticks in, and freeze hard.
Remove 12 hours later by immersing molds in hot water for about 45 sec . Place in sleeves- eat all of them immediately or store airtight in the chill box.
