Chef Neal Swidler has worked in New Orleans for over 15 years at some of the brightest and best kitchens. His responsibilities have always played to his strengths of creative cuisine, but also to his innovation and hard work in the business of running restaurants.
Graduating at the top of his class with honors from the prestigious CIA, Chef Neal made a big splash when he arrived in New Orleans to shake the pans with Food + Wine Magazine Top 10 Chef, Mike Fennely, at his St Charles Mikes on the Ave restaurant.
Chef Neal went on to work with Emeril Lagasse as his Highest ranking Chef de Cuisine of both NOLA and Delmonico restaurants for 10 years where he perfected his multi-cultural repertoire of world class cuisine— garnering 4 stars for each restaurant and highest ratings by Zagat and Mobile.
Chef Neal’s cuisine encompasses a wide swath of global refinement; his favorites clearly Asian, American southwest and Creole. His training is French and he brings the structure and seasonal sensibility to bear upon many of his menus.
Today Chef Neal brings his talents to running his dinners delivered business— Chef Neal, Feed Me. He creates inventive restaurant style al a carte menus for delivery in the Greater New Orleans area.
Chef Neal Feed Me offers an a la carte style menu each week featuring the freshest food, best ingredients, and (most importantly) with a price regular people can afford.
